Now that school has started again, it’s time to start packing those home lunches! Let’s be honest, sending the kids off with sandwiches everyday gets boring for you and them. This list should spark some creative ideas while incorporating healthy, whole foods as opposed to relying so much on processed foods.

Remember to mix it up so the kids get an array of healthy nutrients. A fun thing you could do is put each of these food options on a notecard (or cut the notecards in quarters) and separate each food group into a separate jar. Let the kids choose one paper from each jar the night before to determine their lunch for the next day.
