Ivory debuted one of our newer house plans, The Yorktown, during this year’s Northern Wasatch Parade of Homes.  For those who didn’t get a chance to visit this spectacular house during the Parade, it is still open as a model home in our Weber View neighborhood in Pleasant View!  Boasting 6803 square feet (4216 finished for the Parade), the Yorktown is one of our largest house plans and features 4 bedrooms including a main floor Owner’s Suite, an office, and a stunning 2 story great room.  With a gourmet kitchen and large walk in pantry, the Yorktown is a wonderful home for entertaining!
