Ivory Homes Pushes for Affordable Housing Starting with Holbrook Cottages in Lehi
LEHI, Utah – Ivory Homes is excited to announce its push for housing affordability in Utah County with the grand opening of Holbrook Cottages. These cottages are Utah’s newest affordable product featured within Holbrook Farms, a master-planned community in Lehi.

The cottages are single-family homes that include a yard, two car garage and greater square footage than a row home. The cottages at Holbrook will be the first of many communities to feature Ivory’s new affordable product.
This community is also located close to shops, restaurants, parks and trails. Sitting right off of 2100 North and five minutes away from I-15, within ten minutes you can be shopping at the Traverse Mountain Outlets, golfing and Thanksgiving Point, enjoying a movie at the Megaplex or learning with your kids at the Museum of Natural Curiosity.
“We are excited to release these new cottages to the public,” said Clark Ivory, CEO of Ivory Homes. “This is the perfect place to buy your first home or start a family.”
With Utah on the brink of facing a housing crisis due to population growth but a lack of affordable housing, Ivory Homes has made an extensive effort to seek out solutions to this problem. Through programs like Hack-A-House (a housing affordability hackathon) and Ivory Innovations, an organization sponsored by Ivory Homes that seeks to find solutions to the housing affordability crisis, Ivory Homes has found solutions to make its communities available to middle-income families in Utah County.
This community starts at the 310’s and features a variety of move-in ready homes. Interested buyers should click here for more information about the community.
