Ivory Homes has recently launched its Preferred Realtor Program. This program is designed to recognize realtors who bring repeat business to Ivory Homes.

To qualify for the program, an outside realtor must have at least two sales with Ivory Homes in one year.

“We are excited to launch this new program that will thank realtors for doing business with us,” said John Cahoon, area manager for Ivory Homes. “We will always support their success.”

Becoming an Ivory Preferred Realtor comes with the perks listed below:

Bonus cash: Participants can qualify for a significant bonus on a second sale and an additional bonus for the third and subsequent sales.

Note: The bonus is paid at closing. Sales accruals occur on an annual calendar basis.

Ivory Institute: Participants will receive an invite to an exclusive session of Ivory Institute, where Ivory Homes shapes its annual outlook with partners.

Quarterly Programming: Participants receive opportunities to continue to get to know the Ivory Homes sales team.

Win a Trip: Participants can enter to win a trip to Hawaii. Each sale after a second sale will allow realtors to have additional entries for the drawing.

Note: Drawing will happen in Dec. 2019 and the trip will be in 2020.

Ivory Insider: Participants will be among the first to know about new neighborhoods, floor plans, special offers and other opportunities.

Exclusive Invite: Participants will be invited to all Ivory Homes events and have reserved spots for themselves and a buyer at exclusive VIP Grand Openings.
