Parade season is upon us, and the homes this year do not disappoint! Ivory Homes has two homes along the route in Utah county: The 2200 Farmhouse at Overland in Eagle Mountain, and the Montclair at Holbrook Farms in Lehi. Both are stunning and worth a visit.

This incredible group of designers has thought through every detail and corner of these homes and their work speaks for itself. When designing this Montclair Bachelor Pad, our team wanted the space to be packed with drama, rich tones, and moody flair. The inspiration behind the home is menswear mixed with classic touches to create a suave and unapologetic feel. The home features dark color tones for walls, flooring, and cabinetry with additional accents of matte black and gold. The furnishings in the Montclair are a combination of vintage finds, bespoke furniture and bold prints creating an eclectic and timeless space. Our team used different textures and scale to bring interest to the space with faux fur, velvet, leather, and woven rugs. The bedrooms, including the master suite, continue to reflect our assured, masculine concept. Each upholstered bed is custom made with hand-selected fabrics. The loft features a music room with vintage pieces contrasted beautifully by modern elements. The basement provides separate seating for entertaining, lounging, and games with an additional room for exercise. The bold print on the basement sectional provokes further visual interest and a lasting final statement.

The 2200 Farmhouse plan brings affordability, comfort, and beauty into perfect harmony. It features an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen that is perfect for hosting and entertaining. For the purpose of convenience living, a main floor master suite gives this plan its functionality. The upstairs level offers additional bedrooms for extra family members or guests. Aside from the charming inside, the exterior of this home is beautiful as well, featuring the perfect front porch and large windows. All of our Collection homes now offer an optional home office feature as well.
