She offers great insight for people looking to build a new home!

What Ivory community are you building in? Which home plan? 

 I built a Hanover in the Sommerglen community. 

What do you love about your neighborhood?

I love that all of the neighbors are very friendly and that it's built in a high area which allows for beautiful views!

Why did you choose Ivory Homes over other homebuilders? 

 We felt Ivory had the best home designs and the Hanover had everything we were looking for in a home.

What have you enjoyed about building with Ivory Homes? 

 I enjoyed the design process. I loved that we met with an actual designer and also has a meeting with the architect. It allowed us to customize and I loved seeing everything come together. 

What are you most looking forward to experiencing in your new home?

I look forward to decorating and filling the home with decor that fits our style.  

Do you have any advice for other homebuyers? Why should they choose Ivory Homes?

My advice is to be patient and go into the process knowing what you want. It's best to do your research so you know what is involved in the process. 

Ivory Homes allows for you to be involved in the building process and already has great home designs, but also allows you to customize so you can really make it your dream home. They also have an A+ rating with the BBB so that is always a plus. 

What do you plan to do with your gift certificate to Hamilton Park Interiors? What areas in your home are you decorating with the gift certificate?

 We would like to get a quality piece, either a tv console in our family room or seating for my office. 

How do you want your home to feel when you come home and guests visit?

We want our home to be our haven where we can come home to a nice, clean space and relax. We love to host so we want our guests to feel comfortable and relaxed as well and want them to see that we have put a lot of care and love into our home. It's a wonderful feeling when everyone wants to come to our house to hang out.
