Have you heard about out Scandia collection? Ivory Homes has created a new and unique home build with interesting architecture and just the perfect place to have a family! With its Scandinavian inspired design your home will look different from your neighbors.
Showcasing unique architectural and exterior features, each of the six floor plans in this collection are sure to stand out. Each of our Scandia homes display modern elements, which we made possible by taking our favorite parts of Scandinavian architecture and implementing it in our diversified Ivory Homes communities. These homes will provide spacious layouts, ensuring room to grow for small and bigger families alike.
The Bergen and Copenhagen Grand plans feature balconies, creating a unique home plan and giving you a special place to watch those stunning Utah sunsets or enjoy your morning OR both! Every home in our community will be just as charming on the inside as they are on the outside, with large windows allowing lots of natural light inside your home.
These plans are nothing like Ivory Homes has ever done before, but with 30+ years of experience as Utah’s Number One Homebuilder®, you can relax knowing that your home will be built with top of the line quality and craftsmanship and that no detail will be overlooked.
Read below on why our lovely ambassador Kailey Boucher loves her Scandia Home.
"Things we love about the Scandia Cottages (specifically the Bergen Grand):
1- The open floor plan!! We were originally set on buying a rambler because we didn’t think that 2-story homes could be so open and full of natural light. The Bergen Grand changed our mind about that.
2- The MASSIVE basement. I’m not exaggerating when I say we spend 70% of our time downstairs. It’s one big, open space that is large enough for our huge 14’ sectional and 86” TV, a gym area, a snack bar, and computer desk. Movie nights downstairs are truly next level. Plus there is tons of storage space down there, too!
3- The DETAILS  We were thrilled when we found out that the vaulted ceilings in the main bedroom, the sleek metal railing in the gorgeous stairwell, the quartz countertops, and the laminate flooring were included in the cost of the home. Other builders were charging tens of thousands for those upgrades.
The Scandia Cottages were exactly what we were looking for. They have the open, modern look we wanted and we didn’t have to compromise our budget to get it."
