Smart Appliances: We install smart thermostats that reduce heating and cooling costs by an average of 8% annually.

EV Ready Homes: Every Ivory Home now comes with a built-in electric vehicle charging outlet. 

Climate-Sealed Homes: Our homes are built with R-23 Blown-in Blanket insulation and sealed, insulated ducts to create a tight energy-saving barrier that minimizes loss of conditioned air.

Home Energy Rating System: Ivory Homes have an average HERS score of 53 making them 25% more efficient than code requires and 50+% more efficient than a home built ten years ago.

Water Saving Features: We use high performance toilets, water-efficient faucets and smart flow showerheads to conserve water without compromising performance. Ivory also implements local scaping to conserve and improve water quality.

UV-Blocking Windows: Our Low-E windows let in natural light while deflecting heat and harmful UV rays that can increase energy costs and damage furnishings.

Health Promoting Barrier: We reduce space for pests and pollutants by sealing interior and exterior walls. 

High Performance Air Filtration: Improves indoor air quality by reducing indoor allergens and pet dander. At Ivory, we use MERV 11 HVAC filtration and Energy Star certified ventilation fan. 

Healthier Building Materials: Uses Zero VOC paint, CARB phase 2 compliant shelving, cabinets and trim material, as well as FloorScore certified pre-finished engineered and hardwood flooring to promote a safer home environment by not introducing many chemicals that may cause health issues. 

Fresh Air Management: Our systems help to maintain fresh, clean air by regulating airflow and filtration through-out the home. 

All Season Windows: Our windows keep you cozy all year round by cutting down on air leaks and creating a temperature barrier.

Temperature Regulating Features: Built-in features promote consistent temperatures in every room. 

Noise Reducing Blown in Insulation: Helps to keep outside noise out and inside noise in, for quieter homes and happier neighbors.
