Imagine with me, if you will:  You have just moved in to your fabulous new Ivory home and now that autumn is here you’re ready to decorate.  Fall is such a magical time of the year and one of our designers’ absolute favorites to decorate for.  Natural items such as branches, pumpkins, and other gourds are an easy and festive way to bring a bit of the season indoors.  

Remember when you’re incorporating fall into your home that fall comes in many different colors, not just oranges and yellows (although those are fabulous as well!)  Try using golds, purples, maroons and deep blues which are also great options to incorporate. This is the time of year when jewel tones particularly shine.  

Or if you like a more neutral palette, step up the interest with a variety of textures and tones to create a cozy fall feeling.   On those crisp, cool fall evenings, use that fireplace or light a few candles and enjoy the festive glow.  But most of all, just enjoy your wonderful home!
