A Utah native who grew up in Millcreek, Clark has been instrumental in steering Ivory Homes to become the state's leading homebuilder since 1998. Under his guidance, Ivory Homes has achieved remarkable success, including being named ProBuilder's National Home Builder of the Year in 2021.

"We, together, have a giant impact," Ivory said. "This is an amazing community because so many of you serve in such remarkable ways. Together, we have a giant impact, and I think that's what tonight is all about." Clark Ivory's commitment to philanthropy is evident in his dedication to empowering the next generation. Together with his wife, Christine Ivory, he has generously contributed over 4,100 scholarships to students at various higher education institutions in Utah.

One of Clark's most notable philanthropic endeavors is the Ivory University House, a groundbreaking student housing project launched in October 2023 at the University of Utah. This innovative initiative not only provides students with a place to live but also reinvests all rental proceeds into student scholarships, internships, and housing stipends, amounting to nearly $1 billion over 99 years.
