December has arrived, and with it comes one of our favorite traditions at Ivory Homes. This time of year is full of warmth, generosity, and moments that bring people together, so we wanted to find a meaningful way to celebrate the communities we love. That is why we’re launching our 12 Giveaways of December, a month-long series dedicated to giving back, spreading joy, and shining a little extra light across Utah.

We kicked things off yesterday with our first giveaway: a real tree from a local tree lot, gifted to one lucky follower who shared how they like to decorate their home for the holidays. It was the perfect way to begin, and the enthusiasm we saw reminds us just how strong, thoughtful, and connected our Utah community truly is.

Over the next several days, we’ll be surprising our followers with more chances to win thoughtful gifts that highlight local businesses, seasonal traditions, and the spirit of giving. Some giveaways will be nostalgic. Some will be practical. Some will be something you may not expect at all. But each one is built around one idea: celebrating the people who support us, uplift us, and make Utah such a special place to call home.
