As part of our efforts to bring innovation and creative solutions to housing affordability in Utah, Ivory Homes introduced the Utah Workforce Housing Priority Program in February 2019. Since then we have helped over 400 individuals and families who are part of our most vital workforce attain homeownership through our Workforce Housing Program.

The program is designed to set aside homesites, outside of any government requirement, to provide housing affordability opportunities to our most vital workforce. Because as Utah's Number One Homebuilder, we want to make a real impact on the lives of the people who make our community great. 

There is a range of occupations and situations that can qualify homeowners for the program including: first time homebuyers, first responders, teachers, construction and trade workers, veterans and military, nurses, police officers and public employees.
