Christensen Farms – The Garfield Traditional 

Our second showcase home was the Garfield Traditional, located in the scenic Christensen Farms community in Heber. Set on a stunning lot with mountain views, this home blends classic architecture with thoughtful design. 

Through the grand entryway, guests are greeted by a sweeping staircase that sets the tone for the home’s elegance. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with double ovens, a separate cooktop, a large island, and an oversized pantry. The spacious family room, with its two-story ceiling and wall of windows, creates a bright and welcoming centerpiece for gatherings. 

The main floor also includes a private owner’s suite featuring a vaulted ceiling, spa-like en suite, and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, the Garfield offers a loft overlooking the family room, as well as an additional bedroom suite with a private bath and walk-in closet.
