All our signature plans have an impressive array of included features such as high-quality laminate flooring in the entry, kitchen, and nook.  Quartz countertops throughout the home and high-quality stain-resistant carpet are also found in every signature home.  And with two different packages to choose from, every buyer can find the right fit for their family’s budget.

Our Gold Package is available for select home plans and includes several choices of professionally selected interior and exterior color packages. 

Our Platinum Package allows for a more personal building experience with expanded quartz countertop options, tile flooring in the laundry and bathrooms, your choice of painted maple or iron interior railing, and much more. 

This year, we’ve added two brand new house plans to our already amazing line-up of signature homes.

The Charlotte is a classic two-story home with a beautiful masonry façade. This plan harkens to back to an earlier age with its steep roof pitches, tight overhangs and recessed garage on a classic-architecture inspired exterior. With four bedrooms plus a formal living and dining room, a large family room, and a fabulous open kitchen, with plenty of cabinet and countertop space and corner windows, make this home perfect for a growing family that loves to entertain. If a rambler is more your style, check out the Raleigh.  This gorgeous home features a handsome masonry façade with a steeply pitched roof and classic detailing. The spacious interior is great for family and friends to gather and enjoy time together. A wide sweeping entry welcomes you in and includes dramatic archways. The front bedroom with a private bathroom makes a lovely guest suite. The cozy study includes french doors and a view of the backyard, while the spacious great room features a striking fireplace and opens to a stunning kitchen - complete with island, built-in cooktop and huge walk-in pantry. The Raleigh's master suite is exceptional with vaulted ceilings, a corner tub, separate shower and multi-level vanity.
